If you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you probably have a few questions. Do you order from a menu? Is it all you can eat? How do the meats come to your table?
The experience is different from a traditional steakhouse, but it’s easy to enjoy once you know how it works.
At Estância Brazilian Steakhouse, the Full Churrasco Experience combines continuous tableside meat service with unlimited visits to the Gourmet Salad Bar, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Brazilian flavors during one meal.
Do You Order from a Menu?
Most guests choose the Full Churrasco Experience, which includes continuous tableside meat service and unlimited access to the Gourmet Salad Bar.
If you’re visiting our Leander location, you can also order from the à la carte menu if you prefer a traditional entrée.
Your server will explain every option before your meal begins.
What Should You Do First?
Most guests begin at the Gourmet Salad Bar.
You’ll find fresh salads, imported cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables, hot sides, and traditional Brazilian favorites. Since the meats arrive continuously throughout your meal, many first-time guests start with a lighter plate and return for more later.
How Does the Tableside Meat Service Work?
Instead of ordering one steak, our gauchos bring freshly grilled meats to your table throughout the meal.
As each cut arrives, they explain what it is before carving it directly onto your plate.
You’ll see a rotating selection of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. You can accept every cut or simply wait for your favorites.
That’s one of the biggest differences between a Brazilian steakhouse and a traditional steakhouse.
What Is the Green and Red Card?
Every table receives a small card that controls the pace of the meal.
Green means you’re ready for more meat.
Red lets the gauchos know you’d like to pause.
You can switch between the two whenever you’d like. Take your time, enjoy your plate, or visit the Salad Bar again before turning the card back to green.
What Meats Will You Try?
The Full Churrasco Experience includes a rotating selection of fire-roasted meats.
Guest favorites include:
- Prime Picanha
- Prime Fraldinha
- Filet Mignon
- Ribeye
- Lamb
- Pork
- Chicken
If it’s your first visit, don’t miss picanha. It’s Brazil’s most famous steak cut.
Can You Ask for a Specific Meat?
Yes.
If you’re waiting for another serving of picanha, lamb, or another favorite, simply ask your server or one of our gauchos.
You can also request your preferred level of doneness.
Is a Brazilian Steakhouse All You Can Eat?
Yes.
The Full Churrasco Experience allows you to enjoy as many servings as you’d like during your meal.
Since the meats arrive continuously, you decide how much to eat and when you’d like to pause.
How Long Does the Experience Usually Take?
Most guests spend between 90 minutes and two hours enjoying the Full Churrasco Experience.
Lunch may be shorter, while birthdays, anniversaries, and family celebrations often last longer.
There is no need to rush. You set the pace of your meal.
Should You Save Room for Dessert?
We recommend it.
Many guests finish their meal with favorites like Brazilian Flan (Pudim), Tres Leches Cake, Crème Brûlée, or our Caramelized Pineapple.
Dessert is a great way to end your first Brazilian steakhouse experience.
