With four private rooms to choose from, Estância has the space available to accommodate intimate parties as well as large gatherings of any group size, up to 200 guests. Each private room is equipped with audio and video equipment, along with a podium and microphone at no additional cost.

Course I: Gourmet Salads
Our salad bar features over thirty fresh items such as smoked salmon, imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables, varied greens, soup, and more.
Course II: Grilled Meats
Enjoy the full experience of our Brazilian cuisine with a variety of 15 tender grilled meats carved tableside. Flip your card from red to green and our Gauchos will greet with satisfying portions of beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and shrimp.
Accompany your grilled meats with authentic Brazilian side dishes, including warm pão de queijo (cheese bread), crispy polenta, garlic mashed potatoes, farofa, and caramelized bananas.
