Lunch or dinner? At a Brazilian steakhouse, the right choice often depends less on the time of day and more on the kind of meal you’re planning.
At Estância Brazilian Steakhouse, both can offer the churrasco experience, but lunch and dinner differ in price, occasion, and some location-specific dining options. A weekday lunch may fit naturally into a workday, while dinner gives you more time to settle in for a date night, celebration, or evening out.
How Much Is Lunch at Estância?
Lunch is $43 per person at both Estância Austin and Leander. The Gourmet Salad Bar Only option is $19 at both locations.
That makes lunch an option for guests who want to enjoy Brazilian churrasco earlier in the day, whether you’re meeting friends, hosting a business lunch, or simply prefer dining before the evening rush.

How Is Dinner Different?
Dinner naturally lends itself to occasions when the meal is part of the evening rather than a break in the middle of the day.
At Estância Austin and Leander, dinner is $65 per person. The Gourmet Salad Bar Only option is $36 at both locations.
Date nights, birthdays, family gatherings, and other celebrations may be a better fit for dinner when your group wants to spend more time around the table.
What About a Quick Workday Lunch?
Austin guests have another weekday option: the Executive Lunch Menu.
Available Monday through Friday, Executive Lunch starts at $21 and includes Gourmet Salad Bar access plus one selected cut. Current options include:
- Bacon-Wrapped Chicken — $21
- Prime Picanha — $23
- Prime Fraldinha — $23
- Salmon — $26
- Lamb Steak — $29
This can be particularly useful when you want a steakhouse lunch but don’t necessarily need the full churrasco format.
Does Leander Have Another Dining Option?
Yes. Estância Leander also offers an à la carte menu, giving guests another alternative to the Full Churrasco Experience.
That flexibility can work well when people at the same table want different dining experiences. One guest may prefer churrasco, while another may want to order an individual dish.
See the Leander menu for current dining options.
Is Lunch or Dinner Better for a Celebration?
There isn’t one answer for every occasion.
Lunch can work well for daytime birthdays, family gatherings, business meals, and guests who prefer an earlier celebration. Dinner may feel more natural for date nights, anniversaries, evening birthdays, or occasions when you want the meal to become the main event.
Rather than treating one as better than the other, consider when your group wants to gather, how much time you have, and which dining format fits the occasion.
Choose Your Estância Experience
For a daytime churrasco experience, lunch is $43 at both Austin and Leander. For an evening out, dinner is $65 in Austin and in Leander.
Austin guests can also consider the weekday Executive Lunch Menu, while Leander guests have the additional flexibility of à la carte dining.
